Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SolveX Labs LLC (“SolveX,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides website building and management services for local businesses, including professional website hosting, contact and booking management, calls and text messaging, email tools, analytics, and related services. Available features depend on your plan and settings. By signing in to or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you use SolveX for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms or signing in does not, by itself, enroll you or your customers in marketing messages.

2. Text Messaging Programs

SolveX operates the following SMS messaging programs on behalf of businesses that use our platform:

a) SolveX Missed-Call Text-Back

This feature can send one automated text acknowledging an unanswered call to a participating business. Businesses must obtain and document the consent required by applicable law and messaging-provider rules before sending a reply. An incoming call alone must not be treated as blanket consent to text the caller. A missed-call reply does not enroll the recipient in recurring or marketing messages. Message frequency is up to one automated reply per unanswered call. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

b) SolveX Customer Care

Two-way conversational messaging between business owners and their customers. Business owners respond through the SolveX client portal to inbound texts or contact customers who have provided the required consent. An inbound text permits a response about that inquiry, not unrelated or recurring marketing. Messages may include links and phone numbers. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

c) SolveX Marketing

Promotional messages sent on behalf of businesses, including automated review requests after completed services, discount codes, and seasonal offers. Customers opt in by providing their phone number through the business's website or during in-person service intake and giving separate prior express written consent to the identified business for marketing texts. Providing a phone number alone is not marketing consent. Messages may include links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

d) SolveX Business Owner Notifications

Business owners may receive operational text notifications from SolveX, such as missed-call alerts, when they opt in during account onboarding or in notification settings. Providing a mobile number alone does not authorize unrelated marketing. Message frequency varies based on missed calls. Message and data rates may apply.

For all SMS programs:

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one confirmation message. Contact support@solvex.dev if you need help opting out.
• Opt-in: Reply START to resume receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP or contact us at support@solvex.dev.
• Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information for your website
• You must obtain and retain proof of the consent required for your messages, including prior express written consent where required by law or your messaging provider, identify your business as the sender, and honor opt-out requests. Consent must cover the recipient, sender, and message purpose; it cannot be bought or transferred.
• You must provide appropriate privacy notices and have authority to upload, use, and share customer information through SolveX. You are responsible for your business content, customer communications, and responses to customer privacy requests.
• You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content (text, images, logos). We retain ownership of website templates, design elements, and the SolveX platform. Your website is hosted on our infrastructure and is available for use as long as your subscription is active.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, third-party service issues, or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Billing and Payments. When service ends, your website may be taken offline and access to paid features ends. Cancellation or removal of a site does not automatically erase its stored records, and there is no automatic 30-day deletion period. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact support@solvex.dev. Retention and applicable exceptions are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
