1. Service Description

SolveX (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides website building and management services for local businesses, including professional website hosting, SMS messaging programs, client communication tools, and related services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Text Messaging Programs

SolveX operates the following SMS messaging programs on behalf of businesses that use our platform:

a) SolveX Missed-Call Text-Back

When a consumer calls a business phone number managed by SolveX and the call is not answered, a single automated text message is sent to the caller acknowledging their call. By calling the business phone number, the consumer authorizes the business to send this one-time automated reply. This is a transactional message in direct response to the consumer's call — not a subscription or recurring program. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

b) SolveX Customer Care

Two-way conversational messaging between business owners and their customers. Customers initiate contact by calling or texting the business phone number. Business owners respond through the SolveX client portal. Messages may include links and phone numbers.

c) SolveX Marketing

Promotional messages sent on behalf of businesses, including automated review requests after completed services, discount codes, and seasonal offers. Customers opt in by providing their phone number through the business's website or during in-person service intake. Messages may include links.

For all SMS programs:

• Message frequency: Varies by program. Recurring messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation message.
• Opt-in: Reply START to resume receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP or contact us at support@solvex.dev.
• Phone numbers collected for SMS programs are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information for your website
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the text-back service complies with applicable laws
• You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content (text, images, logos). We retain ownership of website templates, design elements, and the SolveX platform. Your website is hosted on our infrastructure and is available for use as long as your subscription is active.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, third-party service issues, or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
