3. Text Messaging (SMS)
SolveX provides multiple SMS messaging programs on behalf of businesses that use our platform. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is used only to provide the messaging programs described in this policy. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Missed-Call Text-Back
When a consumer calls a business phone number managed by SolveX and the call is not answered, a single automated text message is sent to the caller acknowledging their call. By calling the business phone number, the consumer authorizes the business to send this one-time automated reply. This is a transactional message in direct response to the consumer's call, not a subscription or recurring program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is one automated missed-call reply per unanswered call. Message and data rates may apply.
Customer Care Messaging
Two-way conversational SMS between business owners and their customers. Customers initiate contact by calling or texting the business phone number. Business owners respond through the SolveX client portal. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing & Review Requests
Promotional messages including automated review requests after completed services, discount codes, and seasonal offers. Customers opt in by providing their phone number through the business's website booking form or during in-person service intake and giving separate express consent. Message frequency varies. Business Owner Notifications
Business owners may receive operational text notifications from SolveX, such as missed-call alerts, after providing their mobile number during account onboarding or notification settings. Message frequency varies based on missed calls. Message and data rates may apply. Business owners can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

4. Data Sharing
